Can I return or exchange my WeWOOD?

Will the watch fit me?

Yes - one size fits all! The band is just over 8 inches (220 mm) long and can be adjusted down to 6 3/4 inches (172 mm) short by removing links.

Is WeWOOD water resistant?

No, but you can consider it splash-proof ;) It does just fine in the rain or in the kitchen, even on the beach, but please don't take WeWOOD swimming! Like any natural wood, the wood slightly expands when getting wet, and this makes the flexibility of the links less supple. Generally, the wood fully recovers when dry.

Can I replace the battery?

Yes, you can replace the battery at any jewelry or watch shop.

What is the WeWOOD warranty?

WeWOOD offers 24 months limited warranty on manufacturer defects.

What is the WeWOOD special warranty?

To be sure that our customers are satisfied with their puchase, we provide a special care program that covers the first 15 days after puchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. Please refer to the warranty sheet in the original package.

What does hypoallergenic mean?

A hypoallergenic product is defined as the result of a formula that minimizes the risk of allergies. It does' t have preservatives, dyes, alcohol, or nickel derivatives. Hypoallergenic does not mean anti-allergy: allergies in fact, are unique for each body and can occur for any type of product.

What if i am allergic to metal?

Although our watches are predominantly wood, the clasp of the watches is in metal and is in contact with the skin. If you have an allergic reaction to metal, we cannot guarantee that you will not be affected by the metal clasp.
