WEWOOD products are nonrefundable.

Purchaser may exchange an item with another available color within 5 business days of receipt. No exchange on parts. 

Contact WEWOOD South Africa prior to returning any item.

The purchaser shall insure their return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs incurred as such are not refundable.

The product condition must be 100% BRAND NEW. This means that it must never have been worn. Once the WEWOOD watch has been worn, the exchange/refund policy is void. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements - Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped with no substitution or switching of parts. Although great care is taken to safely package all items, damage by the shipper or the buyer (such as dropping a watch) will not be an acceptable reason for return. If an item is damaged during shipment the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve the matter.
